Sales and Marketing Associate (Full & Part Time)

No experience or particular education level required but can be an asset. We are most concerned with finding the right people. Base pay for relationship building done plus generous commissions for work referred to our company resulting from those relationships.

Job Description

We are seeking qualified individuals with a high degree of ambition and interpersonal skill to spread the word about PuroClean to various industry professionals, including insurance agents, insurance adjusters, property managers, etc.

This is not a typical sales position. Since we have no product to sell, only a service to offer when needed, we are trying to form long lasting relationships with various industry professionals. There is no pressure to "get a sale" immediately. Sales come from relationships and friendships. They use our service when they like and trust us. If you like building relationships, interacting with people and can tell the PuroClean story, this can be a good fit for you.

We are also looking for individuals who can aid us in expanding to other markets through direct sales, creation of promotional materials, event planning and marketing, and other initiatives.

Qualifications

No industry experience required. Good levels of confidence and some sales experience are a plus. Basic computer knowledge is required, along with good written and oral communication skills. Bachelors degree is recommended.

All new employees are required to spend some time in the field with technicians on the job to gain industry experience. This will provide confidence for sales activities to follow.
